We offer a 100-day return window from the original date of purchase. Eligible items may be returned for a refund or exchanged for another product.

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • You can provide a receipt or proof of purchase


Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged (see Section 7).


We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Crazy Car Electronics cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

3. Processing Your Return

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you of its status.


If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refund processing time depends on your payment provider or card issuer

4. Exchanges

All exchange requests are subject to the same eligibility requirements as returns.

5. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.

6. Damaged or Faulty Products
