We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, postal services, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

6. Risk of Delay & Additional Costs

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for:

These costs and delays are determined by local authorities and are outside of our control.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Failed deliveries or returned packages due to incorrect information may result in additional charges.

We accept returns within 100 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused and undamaged

• The product is returned in its original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Items damaged during return shipping may not be eligible for a full refund.
